“Work Integrated Learning continues to be of primary importance for students transitioning from the theoretically based post-secondary context to the post-graduation work world. However, the 21st century global village presents a number of challenges to new graduates negotiating unfamiliar territories due to globalization, mobile communications, digital technologies, social media, privacy violations, and ubiquitous information sharing. How does a student or graduate adapt and become successful in such rapidly developing and complex environments?”
